Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Shop Beer Gear apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn merchandise. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we are happy to help you process a return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and choose between a refund to your original payment method or a store credit, then download and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and securely tape the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
